After graduating from the Secondary School of Applied Arts in Kremnica, I completed my studies at the Theatre Faculty of The Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava in the field of puppet scenography in 2009, and alongside parenthood, I supplemented this education by completing pre-school pedagogy.
I work in Bratislava and I am fully developing my talent in rich creative work for children through collaborations on theatrical productions, illustration, the interior design of preschool and school facilities, the implementation of creative courses for individuals and groups, and in recent years I have also been intensively dedicated to painting.

The exhibition of paintings by Michaela Paštrnáková is an artistic response to the testimony of faith.
Prvá séria a druhá séria obrazov je inšpirovaná konkrétnymi príbehmi z Biblie a zaostruje na jednotlivé Božie mená, ktorých nie je málo. Líšia sa v závislosti od kontextu, pričom každé z nich opisuje iný aspekt Božieho charakteru alebo jeho vlastnosti, teda to, kým Boh je. V tomto tematickom rámci autorka rukopisom minimalistickej estetiky približuje divákovi príbehy staré tisíce rokov a poukazuje na ich trvalú aktuálnosť v našich životoch, kladením dôrazu na esenciu príbehu bez zbytočných detailov.
The artworks offer a unique invitation to pause, take a breath, and experience the victorious God in our everyday lives. Through subtle nuances of texture, the artist creates a rich space for a personal encounter with the miraculous. Her delicate use of texture brings variety to both tactile and visual perception, adding depth and intensity to each piece. To inscribe the individual names of God, the artist deliberately chose Braille, a writing system designed for people who are blind. In doing so, she points to our need for a tangible connection with our Creator. She invites us to reach out and touch a spiritual reality that transcends us.

Od 15.9. do 27.9. bude v Galérii Justiho siene k nahliadnutiu moja výstava obrazov s názvom BOŽIE MENÁ – je to prvá aj druhá časť série obrazov, ktorú som vytvorila a teším sa, že si ju budeš môcť prísť pozrieť kedykoľvek, počas otváracích hodín galérie.
